Return Policy – VIONEXIA™

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info.vionexia@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info.vionexia@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This helps us evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., food items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original one first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
